During the stress and relaxation techniques the students will learn what effects stress will have on their health and on their well-being. They will also learn how to relax and methods they can easily do at home.

As an introduction to the session the educator will show and explain a power point: Stress and Relaxation Technique Power point which will be shared on screen for the students online as well as those doing the lesson face to face. During the PowerPoint there is an activity of Time for Movement Cards. These will be shared online and each student will choose a movement and the others will follow.
Introduction to the session
- Practice will be done by following three videos. These can be divided into three sessions. During the videos there will be time to grab the things for the educator to help the students out. The educator will need to show the video and follow the video together with the students encouraging them to participate. Some chair movements can be done standing up depending on the choice of the students. The videos are as follows :
- Part 1 Video : 45.59 : dim the light in the room and switch on the diffuser and the candles
- Part 2 : Video : at 40.0 we will redo the diffusor and relax abit.

Practice Stress and Relaxation Techniques
For Hearing impaired Students : The educator can put them in front and show by hand how many steps they need to do. For Visually impaired Students : The educator needs to shout out what they need to do and explain bit by bit for example march on the spot or else open you feet wide out.
The videos will need to be downloaded and shown with a shared screen.
Resources needs to be downloaded bottom to top.
N.B : Those who are over 60 years can follow Chair exercises and do the exercises sitting down instead of standing up.
