In this hybrid learning activity, videoconferencing has been used as a means of communication between teachers and students. In addition, in the Virtual Classroom (Aula Virtual) the students have reinforcement and learning resources that they can use at any time.
In the Virtual Classroom, students have two PDF files: one with the theory and the other with the exercises. In addition, they have questionnaires on the exercises that are automatically corrected. Once they have completed the questionnaires, they can see the solutions to the exercises.
The teacher and the students are connected by videoconference. The teacher starts by explaining the theory. She then allows time for the students to solve the exercises. If there are any doubts, she solves them. When the students have finished the exercises, they answer the quizzes in the Virtual Classroom and check their exercises. Finally, they discuss and summarise what they have studied in class.
