Main Session, Filler Activity, Targeted Activity

Rather than giving participants a multiple choice or true/false quiz at the end of a session, the teacher should give it at the beginning. As facilitator, the teacher can walk around and discretely scan participants' responses -- this can help the teacher to identify where to focus his/her attention during the training. The teacher checks the answers with the group at the end of the session.
To identify where to focus teacher's attention during the training. To identify the knowledge of the topic.
