Educators
The necessity of being able to use ICT and capable of communicating in modern means is inevitable for all. In order to equip our target group with these skills, our trainers should:
- Be able to use ICT;
- Be able to understand the learning needs of the target group;
- Be capable of designing an effective course for adults.

Learners
In order to gain planned skills and learning outcomes, the learners should:
- Have basic ICT skills;
- Be literate;
- Have essential equipment to join and apply learning activities.

The participants will learn how to create Youtube Channel and customize it. Considering that some of our learners are unable to attend face-to-face classes; they are expected to join us online which will make our sessions hybrid. The trainer will first teach how to create an email account from Google. Then, the trainees are expected to create their own accounts. Also, the remote participants will join this activity. The trainer will teach how to create videos and upload them to our Youtube Channel.
We will use Google just because it is easy to find; any other emailing provider can also be used. The courses will be recorded with a screen recorder so that the participants can watch them later in case they need an extra chance to remember how to do it.
