Set up a camera shooting in front of the Learner - focusing mostly on the upper body when doing arm exercises and focusing on the lower body when doing leg exercises. Make sure to have enough space around you and that all the equipment needed for the workout is nearby. Place the equipment according to your needs - on a table / on the floor. A file is attached named exercise pdf. In this file there is additional information regarding exercises such as Why is it so important to exercise? Why exercises for wheelchair users are important? How often should one exercise? (According to age) Which type of exercises are best for wheelchair users? and some terminology used by Personal Trainers / Gym Instructors (which can be useful while doing a workout). When you are comfortable follow the workout explained in detail in the attached file named exercises pdf. Starting off with a warming up, following by the actual workout and ending up with the cooling down. The links and videos are not necessary related to the exercises included in the workout. More exercises at the end of the attached file are there to help the Learner as well as the service user, to choose and adapt to ones needs.
