Divide participant in groups. Groups can consist of on- and off-line participants. Each group gets one poem. Participants of each group first read a poem. Then they draw a simple drawing of the poem. Each group has 7 minutes to do the drawing. When all groups finish, they present the drawing to the others and by describing the drawing they interpret the poem. If the group is small, you can perform the same task not in groups but individually – so each person draws his or her own drawing.

This activity is meant for encouraging learners to interpret a literary work. Participants learn how to express their thoughts and learn to interpret a work.
