The activity is suitable for smaller or bigger groups. The teacher draws the outline of a car on the computer using Miro App. All participant have access to this on-line drawing through the computers at home (on-line participants) or in the classroom (off-line participants). The teacher breaks the class into groups of four or five. The teacher gives the participants 5-7 minutes to discuss which components they are going to draw.

The group participants add components to the car and explain what it stands for and how they can relate that to the team. Give one example and then let them go. Examples: Draw the antennae to make sure we have good communication or the wheels keep us in motion. Others include a rear view mirror to keep an eye on where we have been, head lights to help us find our way, a trunk to store all our knowledge and tools, the gas tank to provide fuel when we need it, etc.
This activity can be used for hybrid learning.
