Though many of us are parents and have our own principles for how to raise our children; some of the women who are candidates for being mothers soon have no idea how to raise a baby. Thus, in some cases, these women get anxious about the idea of babysitting and they need professional help but do not have enough time for attending a course or training. This activity aims to maintain essential knowledge and skills on how to babysit for these new mothers.

The participants will learn how to babysit or at least they will be able to build awareness on this subject. The participants will also learn how to solve a problem related to their current situation and try to find possible solutions to them.

Educators
The necessity of being able to use ICT and capable of communicating in modern means is inevitable for all. In order to equip our target group with these skills, our trainers should:
- Be able to use ICT;
- Be able to understand the learning needs of the target group;
- Be capable of designing an effective course for adults;
- Have essential knowledge and skills to help these new mothers.

Learners
In order to gain planned skills and learning outcomes, the learners should:
- Have basic ICT skills;
- Be literate;
- Have essential equipment to join and apply learning activities.

Considering the trainees are pregnant and in some cases, they are capable of joining face-to-face training; the activity is designed as a hybrid one. The participants can join real-trainings whereas, these will also be available online for those who can not. Moreover, the trainees will meet online regularly to discuss their current situation and build a type of peer learning. On the other hand, the trainers will be online at certain times to help them via remote questions etc.

We will use necessary videos, short films, animations etc. to enrich our training process. The participants will also be given useful documents, further exercises etc.
